Bird in Flight Room Divider

Margit Wittig's triptych blackened metal screen / room divider features sculptured resin birds in flight. These pieces can rotate allowing the collector to create varying levels of opaqueness and look of the divider spanning the gamit from full screenage to a see through decorative piece.

This screen is composed of 73 sculptural components, cast and patinated in her London studio. Each epoxy resin piece is hand-finished with several layers of pigment and wax to enhance their unique surface texture. Each of the three panels measures: 160cm by 50cm.
